Returns

At Casualist, we want you to love what you ordered, but we understand that sometimes things don’t quite fit the vibe. We’ve made our returns process simple and straightforward so you can shop with confidence.

Please review our updated returns policy below to ensure a smooth experience.

1. Returns Period

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible, the item must reach us within 30 days of your original purchase date.

2. Condition of Returned Items

All returned items must be in new, unworn, and unused condition, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
Each return must include the original delivery slip inside the package so that our logistics team can identify your order.
Items showing signs of wear, damage, washing, or missing components will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or issue partial refunds if these conditions are not met.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part (for example, a wrong item shipped).
We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service to ensure your parcel reaches us safely.
At this stage, we are unable to provide prepaid return labels.

4. How to Initiate a Return

Before shipping, please contact us at info@casualist.com with your order number and reason for return.

5. Return Inspection & Processing

All returned items are inspected upon arrival. Once approved, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or provider, it may take a few extra days to appear in your account.

6. Exclusions & Limitations

Final Sale Items: Products purchased at a discounted rate or during promotions are considered final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.
Original Shipping Fees: These are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.
International Returns: Customers outside the EU are responsible for return shipping within the 30-day period.

7. Risk of Loss or Damage

Casualist is not responsible for loss or damage during return shipping. Please use a reliable courier and keep proof of postage.

8. Exchanges

If you would like a different size or colour, let us know when requesting your return.
Exchanges are subject to availability. If your requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.

9. Manufacturing Defects or Errors

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at Info@casualist.com.
We will cover return shipping and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
